Just ate some eggs and toast.

Yakisoba teriyaki beef flavored noodles.

I never ate cottage cheese, it always looked weirdly nasty to me for some reason. The walnuts sound good though.

I started having it for breakfast 4-5 days a week about a year ago, I used to outright hate it, but now I've grown to accept it.

I do it for fitness reasons and the high-level of casein protein for my workouts/muscle building. Banana and walnuts are more for flavor, but they're also good for you.

Right on. It does infact taste like shit then? The cottage cheese that is. For breakfast I usually eat an orange or some cereal. Usually Honey Nut Cheerios or something with skim milk.

Not that bad, just not very good by itself. But if it wasn't for fitness/workout purposes, I'd not eat it though.
