Pasta carbonara with Cheatin Rashers bacon---which is a blend of vegetable oil, gluten, and soya protein smoked over a certain kind of wood, which I can't recall the name of---it tastes the same as regular bacon. Though, I haven't eaten bacon in over three years now. But it's good.
