Well we are all doin stuff... but it lasts about 2-3 hours :/ and she goes into the garage... and i've even seen them use a baby monitor so they can tell if someone leaves the room :/

omg, that is so shady. I would have checked it out. or set up some sort of spying system...like reverse the baby monitor or something.

If I were you, I would get your bro and sis and set up a plan like to 'see' what your mom is doing...like work something out or think something up that could allow you to maybe have idea whats going on.
