Dr. Doom vs. Spawn

Scenario: Simple. Doom's latest plan requires knowledge of all that is Hellish, and who better to study, dead or alive, then Spawn.... So, in the dead of night Doom awaits Spawn in a dark alley....

Which one is going to walk away from that alley alive, free, and maybe in one piece?

Didn't he learn enough about Hell when he mentally spanked Mephisto?

First of all, Spawn's Universe Hell is not Marvel Universe Hell.
Second and most important, Doom can have all the prep time you want to give him, but against someone that is practically a god, and can wipe out him with no effort prep time is useless.

Doom has had dealings, in Marvel of course, with beings of amazing strength and ability, Marvel is not totally lacking in God like beings, I think Doom would have a chance.

doom would have a chance imo, but spawn is one strong dude, and a very independant character attack wise....so i go with spawn, but i think it would be a cool fight
