Unlikely. Those in possession of globally desired products know exactly what they are worth and will not let go of them. Especially concerning oil!
To take over the possession of a profitable oil-field requires insane amounts of money (and ages to balance that expense before you can make profit). Or sheer violence, which will be noticed and corrected with a vengeance by the OPEC, VN, USA, Arab League and who ever has a finger in the fuel-bizz.

And you think you can take over an oil-field unnoticed? You've got your united nations inspectors and OPEC inspectors all over the place. Not to mention the trading-rules and overseen money-transactions.
And last but not least, every selfrespecting oil producing nation has about 70 % of it's national army protecting the wells and refineries, along with direct communication with other nations.
It is impossible to steal an oilfield unnoticed.
