Turns out that the mayor really is the leader of the russian mafia and he is using his 2nd in command as mayor of huddersfield
The mayors connection(queen of the kfc mafia in moscow)told me verything.
she hated the russain mafia for not letting her join the big league mafias.
But she told me how to get more contacts and where the russian hide-out is and she has some plans of how russia are trying to get our island(join with other small mafias and bombard island with assasions and then turn on the small mafias). but I think we should go for eh russian hide-out

The Russian hideout will be too dangerous. We need to set a trap of our own. Here's what we do:
Have the queen contact them and lead them to a sealed-away location for "business purposes." Have her tell them to bring as many men as they want (that way they won't think they'll need to bring men), but the mayor needs to be there in person. Position snipers all around and set two timed explosives underneath the location; one designed to trap them, the other to kill. If the mayor comes, we kill; if he doesn't, we capture the men and get his location. We have to be careful cause they'll probably try and turn this back on us.
