Strangely enough, I did one of these things, a lil while ago, im willing to be the Conserleigire (basically the counselor, problem solver, stratagist, 3rd in command dude)

What we need is order, we need honor. What you need HH is a few Crew Chiefs, (underboss's) and one consigliere (ME), pick your crew chiefs, they are head dudes, the rest are soldiers. Im just an "assistant" who solves things, nobody needs to recognize me
