3. Who is R.A.B.?

1. Maybe
2. That's hard to answer, they could be anywhere.
3. Most likely what you said, but you can never tell. JK Rowling sometimes pulls fast ones. I never suspected the death in the last book.

"Maybe"? Wow, that really answers the question! 🙄

How long has it been? Never mind that, we have two great events;

1) Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix is out in theatres. Do we have a review from our dear friend #1Rupert_Lover?
2) The long-awaited date - the release of the seventh and final installment of the Harry Potter series, is to occur at 12:00 AM on July 21, 2007... THIS SATURDAY!

If you are a Harry Potter fan and don't know this, I'm sorry, but you have no life. 🙁 You'll just have to make up for that by remembering these details and waiting with baited breath until something is done about it.

Harry Potter 5 Movie Review

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was a great movie. I went to see the midnight showing, and I must say, I was astounded. But if you're one of those people who like to nitpick if the movie is not exactly like the book and felt that the last two movies ruined the book, You probably won't like it. As for me, I look at the movies separately from the books, and I try to look at the movies in a non reader's POV, (And that's harder than it looks for someone who reads the books), So I don't mind the changes made for these movies. But I do also look at how much of the book is incorporated into the movie, And I enjoy what they do keep in.

The movie was a little fast paced, and it went from one scene to the other pretty quickly, but I felt this kept me interested in the movie from the beginning to the end. The flow of the movie, in my opinion, was smooth, and never put me into sheer boredom. From the very first scene, where Harry and his cousin Dudley were attacked by the dementors, to the very end, Where Harry, Ron, and Hermione are heading toward the hogwarts express, my attention never left the movie screen.

And the acting was fantastic! Dan, Rupert, and Emma really are getting better and better in each new movie! I also have to say the new characters in the film were superb as well. Evanna Lynch was the perfect choice for Luna Lovegood. She had this weird sense about her like in the book. And Imelda Staunton portrayed Umbridge perfectly, as unlikeable as she was in the story. Then there was Helena Bonham Carter as Bellatrix Lestrange. They didn't show many scenes with that character in it, but when they did show her, she did an unbelievable job!

Now just so I don't praise it too much, the score of the movie wasn't that great compared to the other movies. Goblet of Fire's soundtrack was even slightly better than this one's. Of course, I mostly say this because I miss having the scores being done by John Williams. His scores for ANY movie have been classic, and it gave a magical feel to the Harry Potter movies. sure, there was some catchy tunes in this one, but none of them match up.

But with that little issue put aside, I liked the movie a lot.

And I give it a 9 out of 10 🙂
