The Prestige - I liked it better than I expected. I guess when the plot is explained to you, it sounds more ridiculous than it is. Christopher Nolan did a good job at easing into the sci-fi aspect of the film. I won't compare this with The Illusionist though, they're completely different movies.

Batman Begins

I watched Return of the Jedi at home

Babel.

Very good film about confusion and miscommunication and how it can add up to so much. Wonderful acting and a beautiful score.

Musashi Miyamoto

The Prestige - Excellent film. Ending was probably the best part.

Man Of the Year - Nice movie, fairly funny..a little unbalanced though.

This Is Spina Tap - Still really ****in' funny.

Ginger Snaps - Still one my Top 10 Horrors.

...I watched all 4 today because my cable was out.

Ninja Scroll.

I was in an anime mood today, and this is still one of the bloodiest and most violent animes around. 👆

For Your Consideration - Total letdown.

Babel - Seen this movie a few times, like "12 Grams" and "Crash". Kind of broing, to be honest.

That's exactly what I said.

Prestige - Very nice film, Bale was great, clever twists and turns.

Little Miss Sunshine

Wonderful movie! So funny and touching, lovely characters and a heartwarming story.

Shaolin Soccer - Funny stuff, I really enjoyed it. It's not as good as Kung Fu Hustle though.

I disagree entirely. "Kung Fu Hustle" was drab in comparison. Maybe it's because I've seen "Shaolin Soccer" 30 times or so.

I was very disappointed by Kung Fu Hustle. That's pretty much why I haven't seen Shaolin Soccer yet.

Shaolin Soccer is awesome.

Kung Fu Hustle was great. Shaolin Soccer was good, too, but it felt a little too corny at times.

The New World.

Watched The Illusionist. Not a bad film, but not great, IMO.

coming out of my own collection:
