Saw the movie "The Departed" did not get to finish it but what I saw thought it had some funny parts in it.Leo was not that annoying like he is in other movies.
Too much cursing for me but other then that ok so far.jm

Good movie, but it could have been a little darker/evil, IMO. One of the better comic book adaptations, unlike Daredevil.

The Covenant - Really enjoyed it.
The Hills Have Eyes - Second time I'd seen it, it was just as disturbing as the first time I watched it, wasn't scary, just gory.
See No Evil - Messed up movie and also gory

Freedom Writers - Really good. Very sad at times and heartwarming at others. Swank blew me away as she's good at doing. I'm considering picking up the book.

I've read some of the original Ghost Rider comics, it's actually pretty accurate. Some things were changed though to simplify Blaze's family situation and to make sure all the audience would be able to relate to him. The comic had Blaze go through the whole ritual to summon the devil, while in the movie, he kinda fell into it.

I liked the movie as well, but I feel Ghost Rider was deserving of an R-rated movie. 14 minutes will be added to an extended DVD, I hope it'll be some darker material.

Today we went to the video store and got "The Da code" and "ParentHood" which was a good movie and the movie "Running with Scissors" which I thought was good till they got the whole gay thing going on then it suck.JM
