Just rented The Clearing, Russian Ark, The Keeper, Comedie de l'innocence and Dirty Pretty Things.

I hated The Clearing.

Charlie Kaufman's "Human Nature". Excellent movie, and horribly overlooked/underappreciated.

Alien Vs. Predator and i've got Beyond the Vally of the Dolls to watch

1/2 of "Reservoir Dogs". Too much dialogue, and I didn't like how it was pieced together. Tarantino taking the material between the opening and climax, and the climax to the ending, flip flopping it, putting the end at the beginning, and introducing characters prequel style while trying to tell a progressive story...all while focusing WAY TOO HARD on the dialogue, and less on the execution.

I have no clue why this film is so revered.

he is damn fine, thats why the Proffesional is my favourite movie. and he made Godzilla mildly watchable. check out "wusabi," thats pretty cool too actually

Have you seen Reno in Crimson Rivers, I thought that was a wonderful film, he is also in the sequel to it too.

I'm still looking for the R1 "Crimson Rivers" DVD. I had to watch the dubbed VHS just to see it. The ending was straight out of X Files, and I did enjoy the movie, naturally, even more so if it were on DVD.

Urgh, I couldn't stand watching it dubbed, tried it on the dvd and it sounded awful.
