It is because They haev probably installed a tracking divice on the comp. They would even be able to know what advertisments poped up when you were on any site. I found one On mine. I deleted it right after installing it on my fathers. Boy the surprise he got when he found out.

Lavasoft has a free AdAware program that will sniff out all of the stuff.
