i was told by backfire that any malicious use of a member's pic is a bannable offence. and then consider that his pic was never posted on this forum, nor did he want it to be posted...or i'm sure he would have posted it.

He took it off another forum, a forum he was banned from last week, he still scans to see what we say about him.
