ive only got photoshop and i normally only like to make movie signatures

Only got Photoshop? Dude, Photoshop is what I use. It's an industry standard for making graphics 😛

i thought paintshop pro was used for all the whizz effects..lol guess i was wrong

I think we should ask about doing an official one. I've been brushing up my Photoshop skills a lot lately and I think I'd have a damn good chance at winning this time 😈 😊

Nope, PSP is basically like Photoshop Light, you can do a lot of the same stuff you can in PS but more advanced effects you really can't. I have both, but don't really use PSP so much anymore.

i havent rlly had time to read up on all the effects you can do, i will soon enough though, when im interested enough

I don't read up on anything, I just mess around until I find something I like, that's the best way to learn because everyone does stuff differently.

yeh but i think its quicker to learn the effects instead of messing around aimlessly for hours lol

Except that nothing you'll read except advanced tutorials found online will really teach you anything beyond using filters.

I NEVER use filters anymore, I've made up my own techniques.
