And an internet forum is no place for you to be a mother. You have your own kids, none of which occupy this forum. Being mother of some isn't mother of all. You're one of the older forum members, so complaining that younger members are showing pics of their stomach isn't really any place for you is it?

I don't think she dislikes the picture, shell was just expressing genuine concern for people on here and what they post...if it had just been left at that then it would have been fine but it's been made into a comment it wasn't..so now it seems bigger and far more dramatic than it was...
Fi. concern is fine. She keeps referring to the fact that she's a mum though. No need for it is there? It has no meaning here. Her being a mum doesn't render her with some right to go around telling people what they have business posting. "It's no 14 year olds business to post pics like that", says who? It CERTAINLY isn't some random mother's business to be telling anyone what their business is.

No, I'm not attacking you. Regardless of whether you believe I am, I am not and I won't be accused of such. Let's get that out of the way quick and fast.
I don't need to be asked for my opinion, I have the right to it by default. Can't handle that? Don't post. You use the fact that you are a mum to make comments. It's happened before when two members are flirting or in this case, posting a pic.
Don't like the pic? Fine. No problems here. Don't complain about the nature of it once you've found out about her age, especially when prior to that you said it was a nice pic. It's hypocritical. Mum instincts or not, they have no place here, these people are not your kids. I'm a son, I wouldn't go judging your mothering due to the fact that I have a mum. It's not my place. Just like you have no place using the fact that you are a mum to "back up" your comments. It's just a pic.
