lol, forget noise violations. I'm going to fix up my Vette's exhaust so that it's quiet when I'm just cruising, but when I floor it for speed it sounds like an angry rancor beast.
LOL 500 for belts and a water pump, the parts are maybe half that. It's definitely better to do it yourself.

I know I got screwed. I called around and priced the pump and belts, all together I would have spent 180-220. Its amazing how much they charge you for there time, Two hours turns into 300+ dollars.
