well, I'm not sure lil bit, I know plenty of people who are modest but I just find it strange that it are in 90% of the cases women who say that they are sick or what ever

I mean, I know some guys that are extremely modest and without further a-do say "this is my pic" and nothing more, nothing about sick or make-up (well, those guys don't wear make up at all, but it's the point, right? 😉)
