To sum it up, I just thought it was odd to be in so many pictures with your own camera, because I'm in like 1% of the ones I take. I'm not trying to be disrespectful - I just thought it was unusual, that's all.

Ah, I see. Well in actual fact I have over 200 pics from that event and the ones I posted are the only ones with me in, so that's not too bad 😛

That's a good one. I usually just pass the camera to my friend and she knows the score.
As well as that, I upload my pics to the DSI site and you have to find a pic of yourself on that site to use as a profile pic, you can't just upload one from your computer. You have to have been 'spotted' at one of the events on the site. So in order to have a decent selection of profile pics to choose from it helps to take pics of yourself for the galleries 🙂
