I don't think you should be supporting the name "Fat Kyle". He probably calls himself that because he lacks self-esteem and thinks that the only way he can make friends is to ridicule himself for laughs.
If you want a nick name, call him "Big K" or something, that's nice, still references his size and isn't insulting.

Definately the opposite, actually. He lacks nothing more than a girlfriend. Calling ones self a name doesn't automatically mean that he lacks self confidence, it can actually mean that he's cool with his size and loves to make jokes about it along with everyone else.I won't even begin to say what other people call him and he just laughs about.
