Most of the times I like to work with heavy weights it makes me feel strong. 😛 Also I need to regain the mass i have lost within the last 6 moths.

i dont need any more muscle. when i get off my ass and get to the gym, it'll be mostly cardio work. i will probably work on my bum shoulder, maybe build a little more muscle there.

most of my minimal muscle mass is in my legs from years of hockey so thats why, i have littel upper body strength
