Currently I'm 192lbs.Depends if I have time I work out daily but atleast 4-5 times a week.

cool. When I pass my driving test I'm starting gym again. I'm 165 pounds 😬 😂

what kind of workouts do you guys do? heavy lifting for more bulk, or just toning up with light weights?

Light weights, I like feeling tone and slim. Cardio aswell.

Most of the times I like to work with heavy weights it makes me feel strong. 😛
Also I need to regain the mass i have lost within the last 6 moths.

i dont need any more muscle. when i get off my ass and get to the gym, it'll be mostly cardio work. i will probably work on my bum shoulder, maybe build a little more muscle there.

most of my minimal muscle mass is in my legs from years of hockey so thats why, i have littel upper body strength
