Yeah it's similar to this thing I wrote about women (excerpt from a poem):

My diet today
1) egg white omlette and three slices of wholemeal bread. 1 spoon of peanut butter.
2) Apple and 20gms whey
3) cold white rice tuna and amino acid tab
4) steak and rice, green beans
5) Cottage cheese and 4 low gi crackers.
If its a training day I have extra Protein before and after training.

Thank you my friend. I also use Flax seed oil during the day to replace saturated fat (it's expensive but good).
I take wuite a few supplements. Some I would not talk about on a pg13 forum!

I hate this PG13 forum...too many restrictions....I will definately contact you on tips for my Spartan Training 😄
