I like my five small meals a day. Including whey protein shakes and my 3 litres of water.

Yeah it's similar to this thing I wrote about women (excerpt from a poem):

My diet today

1) egg white omlette and three slices of wholemeal bread. 1 spoon of peanut butter.

2) Apple and 20gms whey

3) cold white rice tuna and amino acid tab

4) steak and rice, green beans

5) Cottage cheese and 4 low gi crackers.

If its a training day I have extra Protein before and after training.

I like it!

OMG, who cooks 4 u!?!?!? Wish I could afford that!

Thank you my friend. I also use Flax seed oil during the day to replace saturated fat (it's expensive but good).

I take wuite a few supplements. Some I would not talk about on a pg13 forum!
