If you do ever work up the courage, just make sure your first attempt isn't that fake crap you can buy in the grocery store. It needs to be real and it needs to be fresh.

Yellowtail's also really good and of course as I mentioned above, I love salmon.

I just cannot get into Sushi, I have eaten it numerous times.

What is the name of the newer "american" style sushi that is seared or just barely cooked?

Yes. But I've been told to avoid it unless you're at a really upscale resturant.

Well, I was talking about it actually being white tuna. Some of your less upscale resturants apparently use another type of fish and call it tuna, which can be harmful.
