1. It's done very poorly and they lay too much contrast on the pic to try and hide it.

2. Why the hell would someone photoshop someone else so that they look pregnant?

3. It's not something that takes any skill. 5 seconds with the liquify tool.

The original un-contrasted version looks perfect but I didn't post it because I wasn't wearing makeup. The contrast isn't covering up anything except my own flaws. I did it for a post-graduation gag for my friends who all believe it.

Yes, but she did have that as a gag for her friends, who may not be very photoshop oriented, so they may have believed it. But you, being educated with photoshop, can tell its fake. It was just a gag.
