Ah right. No I don't do that either. I always felt there was a huge difference between SW fans and Trekkies. But nerds have some secret agenda to fade that very distinct line.

I always considered Star Wars fun, but overrated.

Yet I can definitely see the interest and excitement, at least in the original trilogy.

Star Trek strikes me as as interesting as watching paint dry, but to each their own.

I liked the prequels, were they great? Certainly not; they were enjoyable enough though. At heart, the SW movies are kids movies, you can't judge them with a die-hard Sci-Fi ruler.

There really isn't a difference. Back when I was little Star Trek fans were called Trekkies, now they are called Trekkers. I'm proud to be a Trekker. I love Star Trek as much as I love Star Wars.

I thought the difference was that one likes to watch the TV show and the other one wears a uniform. 😉

However, I don't know which is which. I guess if I had a uniform, I would know.
