Because I was planning to go outside. Actually I did go outside but decided even with my scarf and coat it was too cold. And then a couple minutes later I left and went to pick my car up from the mechanic.

Depends. If they let it sit to fix the other cars first, then worked on it for like two or three hours, then yeah, its outrageous.
