He is beyond simply "embracing" it; what he has is a borderline morbid obsession.Doing MA alone doesn't mean anything, right about that. But when you consider other things about him: he converted to Buddhism and is a hardcore practitioner, admits to wearing traditional Japanese garb around the house and in his everyday life, and has even tried out for Asian characters and (unsurprisingly) didn't get the part, it all starts to paint a picture about him.
The man is about as Asiaphilic as it gets.
but, nothing wrong with being Bhuddist anymore then white euro or meso amerindian being christian or muslim..
i dont find anything wrong with him embracing Asian ideals or culture..
matter of fact i got some swords book and trinkets in my house from Korea studied Buddhist Zen books and took it seriously in my youth as part of my MA training even now i still retain a lot of the knowledge and customs of Korean and bhuddist culture even speaking a lil Korean...
the dude went native its cool if he aint acting the part i cant blame him he has the money to immerse himself so have at it.
if i had the money i be in japan too as a sword apprentence following the way of bushido
