I deal with this kind of turn around all the time in "used" DVD stores and sometimes, pawn shops. They have lifters which they pay a better percentage to when they unload their goods, and it's a "don't ask don't tell" arrangement.
I don't care, personally, but this stuff is highly unlikely to actually be "used".
