Recent Blu-ray/DVD Purchases

The most recent DVD purchases I made was Dolphin Tale and Mr. Popper's Penguins as Christmas presents for my niece and nephew. Money not well spent. I'm just glad I'm a pirate.

Haven't watched TM yet but TTM was not what I'd expected.

How is it? Is there lots of Willem Dafoe in the extra features (that's the only way I could justify getting it)..?

I haven't seen the extended cut yet. Anybody know how different it is? (It's only about 8 minutes longer.)

Just got the Wolverine and the X-Men animated tv series.

I just got my copy of Detention on Blu-ray, it's a really fast paced, meta teen slasher. The director, Joseph Kahn, came out of music videos and it shows, but it a good way. Interesting performances from Dane Cook and Josh Hutcherson, too. I'm just getting into the special features but so far they're pretty neat.
