Was it black and white or color and try to explain the way atleast one of them looked like. And do you remember what channel it was on

The movie was in color and the man and woman both had dark hair, the woman had short dark hair. I think it was on a channel like USA, or FOX, a basic cable station. I saw a couple of years ago, like in '95.
