Batman vs. Neo

Both are masters of all forms of unarmed combat. Would Batman have to technology to stop Neo?

Neo can't defy the impossible outside of the Matrix. Batman spanks him and sends him to Arkham for thinking he's Superman. 😄

I don't know anything about the matrix...I watched the first two and didn't like them that much at all, and I never bothered to think about what they are and stuff, but I'd have to say Batman just cause he's fought so many things that are better than him and came out on top.
