can anybody tell me what the heart of the universe does ???

it basically gives u power over the marve multiverse, its abstracts{and possibly all the other marvel universes, antimatter universes etc, other than the beyond realm} the tribunal and anthing and everything else in it.

that things too powerful. it's too damn cheap! timmy from south park could beat supes with that!
