AND IM SORRY, Venom would still beat Lobo. Lobo doesnt have enough abilities, Venom just can do too much, he could web him up like he did Spiderman to that bell, Lobo couldnt hit him cause of his spider-sense... I just think Venom has to many abilities to be beaten by someone who only has super strength, and super toughness...
Lobo does kick ass though... Im just not sure he could beat Venom.

Lobo is extremely strong and resilient to damage, able to trade punches with Superman. Lobo also heals extremely quickly in addition to his durability.
Lobo has a very analytical mind that can quickly analyze an opponent and find its primary weakness.
Lobo apparently does need to breathe, as he has been subdued by gas in the past, yet he is somehow able to survive in the vacuum of space unaided.
So...I think that lobo could break Venoms head if neccessary, use fire on him or something...
But thats just my opinion. Yours can be right too.
