Life is Beautiful story about a man who falls in love and trys to do everything to sweep the girl off her feet. War is coming and the family now has to stand together to keep going strong! Great film made me cry just a little, funny, smart, clever..makes you look at life in a whole new way..Roberto Benigni is a playful genius. 10/10

Going to watch The Babadook next . got an itching for horror/suspense flicks.
Not really a fan of horror movies. Most are dumb and not scary.
Any other recent recent or not so recent movies like these anyone can suggest?

I liked it follows but thought Babadook was awful.

The praise I think could be because people somehow thought there was some sort of deep meaning to the dumb ending?

Strange Magic. I loved it. Pity about the negative reception. I think it wasn't really aimed at children (especially young children) but I found myself laughing out loud and rewatching a couple of scenes just for the sheer fun of it.
