Last Movie You Saw? (Theater/Home)

Watched a weird French film. It was really good despite the odd premise..

Titane (2021)

(I think it's French for Titanium). Really good film with an odd premise, in case you're in the mood for such a thing. It's from the same director who did Raw which I also rather liked. Think this might be even better, though..

I watched the movie "Army of the Dead" on Netflix. It's a great zombie movie. The splatter effects in particular are well done.

It's overturned

No Time To Die for a 2nd time.

ROGUE

Megan Fox starring in a low budget action flick that actually wasn’t all that terrible. I mean, the state of Fox’s career is terrible, but the movie, not so much.

HOUSE OF GUCCI

Let the accent cringe begin. Worth a watch. Jared Leto is unrecognizable and very fun to watch.

THE MAN WITH ONE RED SHOE

Early Tom Hanks is good Tom Hanks!

Spider-Man: No Way Home

THE AMERICAN PRESIDENT

Suuuuch a good movie.

UNCHARTED

I don’t play video games so nods, in-jokes etc. went over my head, but the guys I went w. did a good job filling me in. As a straight up popcorn munching brain at half mast action movie I dug it, though. It helps that I’m a fan of pretty much every major actor in the movie.

Prisoners of the Ghostland.....very weird

Iron Man 3 on tv.

Sigh... just as terrible as I've remembered. The worst MCU film.

Lots of stuff, but most recently...

KING RICHARD (2021)

It was really good. Didn't expect to like it so much. 8-9/10 from me.

The Foreigner 8/10
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022) 5.5/610

The King's Man 7/10

^ same here really liked it the scenes with Rasputin were great

Theater: Uncharted (2022), was a decent action/adventure flick.

Home: The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017), very odd film, but worth watching. Had a mild David Lynch feel to it.

Antlers... enjoyed it.

Drive My Car (2021)

Best picture nominee. It's 3 hours long and very slow, so it feels like 5 hours. Most of the acting is very blank/wooden. But if you know that going in it's okay. It operates on a different time scale, probably trying to capture real life time progression. There's a good movie there, I just thought it should have been 30-60 min shorter. 6/10 from me.
