"No, no, I'll get this figured out..." Galder says. "I always do. Otherwise I'd be dead already."

"Not really been thinking about the bigger problem either... the one I mentioned to you before."

"Eh..." Galder scratches his head, wishing that Kuylen would not bug him but help him. "What was that again?"

"Answers are for you to find, not for me to give."

"Then why'd you say it in the first place?" Galder asks Kuylen, annoyed with how he enjoys toying with Galder's mind, even though he is Galder's mind.

(Oh, and 😂 at Lana's hallucination, you got a chuckle out of me...)

"As a reminder. I assumed you were keen to save your life."

Rand watches his minions scramble to set things up for their escape.

"I swear, we'll never get this group thing right," he says to himself, half expecting Doon to appear, but mostly just annoyed that things were not prepared ahead of time.

(you think YOU'RE annoyed.......oh, and Rex? Kindly shut the hell up 😛)

"I should have expected you to turn up, you tend to do so when I least need distractions..." Rianna replies to Helkin.

"And I am!" Galder replies. "I don't want to die here and now, I want to die when I'm nice and rich and powerful. Hell, I don't want to die at all."

damn,...this isn't going well.
Takuan heads downstairs to galder and tries to notice the men around.
He illusions the one in reach to hear a noise in a corridor near them.

Tanic pulls out his communicator and broadcasts to Galder,
"Galder, get back here. I need you to fix this bloody noise for me!"

Where's the sound coming from Ush?

(Although I imagine it is a hallucination, I have no idea how much of a break I have.)

Gallador joins Takuan, aproaching from diffrent direction, creating an illusion of screams in nearby corridors.

This being Illusion, Takuan, what do you want them to hear?

Galder, you are just getting into position to be ready to move and disable the cameras when Takuan's Illusion goes off...

... when your comm beeps as Tanic calls you.

It seems to be coming from outside the ship, Tanic.

"Perhaps you should think about that," says Helkin. "The answer is there for you to find."

Illuminated in the green glow, in this two-foot high room, is a stubby stone barrier, about the same dimensions as a pack of cards, but much larger.

The tablet- well, tablets- is inside. The laser defence systems go off if you crawl near it, so first you have to spoof all of those; Tanic has to talk you through it.

Oh, screams will do it. In which case, you have a few seconds to get started, Galder, though Tanic is babbling on at you.

"I guess you are feeling happier with yourself, having gotten some semblance of a plan together," says Doon.

"What, that I work best when I have people annoying the hell out of me?" Rianna replies to Helkin. Into the comm she says to Tanic "I'm nearly there, please tell me Galder's nearly got those bombs defused."

Almost there.....then we can get out of here.... she thinks to herself.

Galder glares at his comlink and shuts it off for the moment, then gets into position to sneak up on a camera.

(Takuan, make them think that they are hearing that they are needed on the first level, and need to leave their posts...)

Ok, Rianna, you have started work on spoofing the first system; you reckon you can get through with two down.

"Ah, I knew it," Rand says, "you won't leave me alone."

"But yes...yes, I am a tad pleased with this. However...Galder's part of the plan was vastly unprepared."
