"I thought you said a 'fair' fight, Master Bora..." Galder says back, then turns back to the monster, eyeing the guns with contempt.

"Fair is what I say it is. Do you understand, or are you going to profess further insolence?"

Galder remains silent, his face turning red from keeping his anger controlled.

So long as you make a pertinent and intelligent comment, Jena is always open to listen, Gallador.

"Hmmm... little hoo-man go squish now!" says the Champ, stamping his feet rather loudly. "RARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!"

Looks like he is ready to start...

"Bring it, ugly," Galder says, spitting on the ground at the monster's feet and stretching again. "I'm not afraid of you..."

(I have a feeling that this guy has Alien Tricks and a Strength of 5,000...)

You are exceptionally correct that he has Alien tricks...

*pounds head into wall*

Ok then! With a mighty roar, the chains are let loose from the champ. Well, all except one, which he anks clear from the hander, and swipes across the areana, smashing down three spectators...

The crowd roars, and betting starts again!

Galder approaches the Champ cautiously, moving for his side, then unleashes a powerful Nerve Strike to his side.

Unfortunately, he has two levels in Natural armour, and the trick Alien Physiology, which makes him immune to extra damage from nerve strikes, and also Superior Physilogy, which allows his Strength to reach 9... your damage total is Strength +1 +1 Outcome... which is zero.

It felt like you just punched a brick wall, Galder... the crowd laughs...

Galder's fist draws back, throbbing with pain, and he tries to kick the monster in the shin...

Must find a weakness... Galder thinks, using his senses to see if they will help him...

He'll let that come. +2 is a hit... but not enough to hurt him.

Rand watches the fight, his face grim.

"Mistress Jena, you can't possibly think that there is any hope in a fight like this? He is a strong fighter, but this is ludicrous..."

Could Rand make a Savoir-Faire roll to see if he knows anything of this thing, maybe weaknesses?

"What is that...thing, anyway? I've never seen anything like it before, that I can recall." Rianna comments, while keeping a watch on Mika out the corner of her eye.

Takuan moves closer to the margin of the arena. He analises a possible interference from him, to aid galder...namely to get in the way of the champ. how hard would it be to make that chain accidentally slip in his face while he swigns it. or...how hard would bewilder be from this distance

Just want to point out to you guys, this is an alien, not a monster; Alien Tricks just give extra powers, there is no built-in disadvantage. This being has no more 'weaknesses' than you do. You might say the fact that he is not as fast as Galder is a weakness if you want.

He's not actually using the chain to fight with, Takuan, so that might be tricky.
