I just rented The Rage. It wasn't too bad. They could've made Rachael into more of an outcast though. She didn't have it nearly as bad as Carrie did.
I didn't find The Rage that bad, even though it doesn't have a good reputation.
I just bought Carrie a couple of days ago, I thought it was a pretty good film for its time.

Speaking of the TV remake, I actually own it. It's wayyyyy too long, the plot is kinda haggard, but Angela Bettis is great in it, and the equation with which you absolutely cannot lose.Katharine Isabelle + Softball shorts + Shower Scenes = ✅

There's a random black chick in there as well, the one who ends up feeling sorry for Carrie and wants to help her.
That wouldn't happen to be the one in the pic above, giving the guy in the black shirt the view of a lifetime while nonchalantly eating a pink pen at the same time?
Well, the "visuals" are great, Angela Bettis stands out, and the High School chicks are real bitches. The movie itself suffers just from being too damn long, and there's this "Usual Suspects" kind of narrative investigation side story. Some say it's closer to the novel than DePalma's. I wouldn't know, personally.
