Aragorn, Gimli Legolas and Frodo vs. Spider-man, DareDevil, Hawkeye and Moleman

My friend says that the Fellowship of the ring from Lord of the Rings could take out any Marvel teamup including this one. Honestly who wins?

The Asian Hulk sindrome has take over too much people here.
This is a no sense topic.Aragorn was near to get killed by a single Troll in ROTK, Spider-Man, Hawkeye and DD have all faced Hulk, the fellowship don't stand a chance.Spider-Man can wipe out the fellowship alone.

so true
