Shadowcat VS Black Cat

o0o0o....i never paid much attention to these characters...but they both had 'cat' in thier names...so hey...watda hell....who do you think would win?...da fight takes place in good ol' manhattan

I think Shadow Cat takes it. She can phase and was trained by Wolverine too.

Just due to the fact that there's a "cat" in the name doesn't necessarily mean they are at all in equal terms. Black Cat's abilities of changing probabilities are not that strong as a Scarlet Witch or a Roulette. Shadowcat would easily defeat Black Cat even without her fighting prowess.

I read see lost her powers and uses gagets Has The Black Cat regained her Bad luck powers again?

yeah I think so thats about her only power.
other than feminin powers.
