Grievous's lightsaber colors

Does anyone else find it weird that he uses blue and green lightsabers? From my understanding I thought everyone who under the emperor used red lightsabers.

well, in episode 2, all of the jedi fought under the empire. And if grevious fights and kills jedi's, then he would take their sabers. The only ones who use red sabers are the sith, and there are only a few of them, none of which grevious has murdered.

So he just kills them and decides to use lightsabers? Cool sig BTW

Well, he couldnt get them any other way. If anybody else but jedi could get them, then they would be common place. And in ROTJ, vader tells luke "your skills are complete..." , which suggests that it takes the skill of a jedi to make a lightsaber.

Its on a site somewhere that theres no more than 2 sith at a time an apprentice and a master so the sith lord could have the power until he died, then his apprentice could take over, which would be why grev never killed any sith to take lightsaber.

He's the one character that I'm looking most forward to seeing in the movie.

Only characters in movie i know about are obi-wan,mace,anakin,sidious,padme and yoda.
Im trying to steer clear of spoilers.

How do you know?
Anakin was on same side as the jedi, but look at what happens, he kills obi-wan kenobi.

Yeah that would be cool if Grievous turned renegade.

there are only TWO sith.

And the Two Sith are:
Darth Sidius (?) = Palpatine,
Darth Tyrannus = Dooku,
(and Darth Vader = Anakin)

isnt dooku dead before anakin assumes the title of darth vader ??

Yep and in the cartoon General Grievious had several lightsabers and in that pic of him on the ship he had three I know he can fight with three because thats how many he used when killed final jedi of the group on planet hypory in the cartoon so he is deadley and yes anakin finishes off dooku before he becomes lord darth vader.

General Grievous uses whatever color from whatever Jedi he has murdered that day. Red lightsabres are a special Sith thing.
I read in a Star Wars Insider that the red crystals are more powerful, but dangerous. The energy cannot be sustained unless the darkside is being used.

Chances are it'll just be blue and green, maybe they'll throw in a purple or a new color, yellow perhapsy, but I doubt that. If I had to bet on anything, it would be blue and green, whichever numbers, 2 and 2 most likely just for balance.

All four will be hot pink.
