It is indeed Stephen Hawking! Speaking of which, anyone see MY LEFT FOOT, the story of another genius in a wheel chair, this time a writer born in Dublin. Christy Brown was his name as played by Daniel Day Lewis in the film.

Daniel BTW used to get his car serviced in the same garage as mine and was spotted by eagle eyed Mrs Redeemer one day paying at the cashier. You'd swear to god she'd seen The Pope she got that excited! Didn't have the bottle to ask for his autograph, though. 🙁

MY LEFT FOOT's a brilliant heart warming film. If you haven't seen it check it out ASAP. And look out for the restuarant scene where, Christy, dying for a drop of the hard stuff which he was more than fond of, gets a lecture off his Mrs about drinking too much. To which he replies: "I asked for a drink, not a f*cking psychological lesson!!!" Classic!!! 😮‍💨

see, now THAT's what I mean with encyclopediatic knowledge of movies 🙂
