If the person has a genuine love for punk music, then that makes them punk. Not the clothes. They can wear the clothes to distinguish themselves as such, but it's the music that ultimately makes them punk.

Yes, I get that a lot of people do lip sing at their concerts, and I think that this is just plain ridiculous. I don't pay for tickets to a concert to hear you LIP sing. 😉
