Freaky dreams...Need...HELP!

Please, you guys, I need some help 🙁 This has been going on, sice New Year's Day! I'm not liking these dreams I'm having! They are really F.cked UP! crybaby

I need some advice, what should I do? The last time I was having freaky dreams, I used a dream catcher, and that helped...

My boyfriend also suggested that I 'Tell myself it's a dream, in my sleep'. Does it work?

What does the dream entail? Some people are of the opinion that dreams have some manner of deeper meaning, others see it differently, although I am not sure how easy it is to tell yourself that you are dreaming while you are asleep, but it couldn't hurt.

for me telling myself it is just a dream in a dream works.. also.. i'm trying not to woke up to know how it will end.. but these are usually funny 😛

Sometimes thinking about the kind of thing you want to dream about right before you go to sleep helps. Or leaving some music or a movie you like on in the background.

But what EXACTLY are these dreams about?

usually i control my dreams 😎 cause i can think of what i want to happen and it does....like one time a flew and it was COOL lol

if you worry about them they will just get worse. just think happy and they will be happy. its like the theory that if you eat cheese before sleeping you will have night mares. that is rubbish. you only have night mares because your brain is convinced your going to. If you have a happy day you will have a happy dream. so you need to be happy to have a happy dream.

i have freaky dreams to ..and some nitemares..which actually made me fear going to sleep but i began listening to a c.d or the radio to take my mind of it and it works..

😕 Know what's really scary? When you dream of Freddy Kruger, and he's trying to kill you, by putting a pipe through your neck...But, you wake up, and feel the sharp pain in your neck, and, start to wonder if Freddy Kruger is real... 😬 It happened to me crybaby
