well dan might have nightmares, but I don't think the actual demonic being that is ghost rider is afraid of anything, Gost rider has his penance stair too. So while freddy maybe a tough guy when he's fighting/kiling a bunch of overpaid and crappy acting teenagers, ghost rider will rip him limb from limb in this world or the dream one.
