I think George put out the trilogy on DVD as "The Director's Cut", which of course, were the Special Edition versions of the movies. Why couldn't he have put out both the original finished product of each movie, as well as his special edition versions? Many of the Star Wars faithful are not too fond of the special edition versions. Sometimes old and outdated is good! It's good to see what the state of the art special effects were like in the late 70's-early 80's. We can appreciate more the progression of them.

i have a VHS box whit the 3 films and already there they are digitaly remastered so i think that it would be fun if they send out a box with the original versions of the films cause it could be funny to see the films with technology from 70s and early80s. so it would be a nostalgic trip
bangin but still some modern high tech is not wrong either!
