But choices are good. I like to be like the preverbial child in a candy store with so many choices that I have to clench my fists and shake them slightly at shoulder level whilst deliberating over the choices - are you now suggesting this is detrimental to me?

You can only eat so much candy, and think of the stress...you may not believe it, but "good" stress is also a killer.
