I think 20 would have been a good number, maybe even 24, but you would probably get power dupes like stupid Jubilee

Yeh it's still four a level but you can switch characters in and out whenever now I think.

they were pretty frequent in the first one..most of time

I don't think they're as necessary cept for saving the game cos I remember reading that character swaps can be made without them... could be wrong though I can't remember the source.
