Ok I found another link that decreases the credibility of the other list. Its IGN and they knwo what they talk about since its an official site and if you read through the whole thing they reveal alot including the fact that 16 playable ppl from the start 8:8 ratio of bxmen and brotherhood and that you can unlock more characters later on in the maingame.
I'm just thinking if you have a XML2 and you only put in 4 Brotherhood it kind of defeats the purpose of the X-Men and Brotherhood having to work together.
IGN is where I've been getting most of my info (and that screenshot of Colossus). They've stated a couple of times that they've been told it's an 8:8 ratio at the start with additional unlockable characters (and apparently some characters exclusive to PSP?) They can be wrong sometimes, but they are more dependable more often as they get access to prerelease versions of the games they preview as opposed to a lot of the other unofficial game sites, that get the "friend-of-a-friend" info.

or Cannonball...Cable head flunky. but Cable gotta be playable cuz he's Apoc archenemy....Cable is to Apocalyse what Wolverine is to Sabertooth....come to think of it I read in a wizard article Tooth is a boss on the game too.
