Rogue is a confirmed character. Gamespot said they used her in a demo.

I prefer IGN to Gamespot, but yeh I've read Rogue is a playable - still no telepaths or telekinetics to my knowledge. They should have a TK Psylocke whose immune to TP - you don't get to use her enough in the first game.
