The ARC Troopers are "supposed to be", like jango fatt said, trained by Jango Fett and by the Jedi. They are "supposed to be" smarter, and alot stronger. They are the guys with the Sandtrooper-like satchels....

He this is important news for EU freaks like me.

I think "Cody" will be an ARC Trooper, but who knows? They could just be other troopers not named by rank, and GL would again ruin a good character-base.
